The plan will cover half a year and needs to specify the timeline for each of our policies to be updated.
The project plan will require.
- Listing of policies to be updated along with their respective timelines The purpose of this plan is to aid our internal team in tracking and effectively addressing the necessary policy updates.
While the focus is on the project plan itself, having an understanding of policy updates and their importance would be beneficial to structure the plan appropriately.
Ideal Skills.
- Previous experience in project management and policy drafting would be valuable - Proficient in Excel and creating visually engaging presentations - Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work methodically.
Please note that the project does not involve actual policy updating tasks.
The focus is predominantly on creating an effective project plan for our team to follow.
