(Lean Safe certified) Capacity & Resource planning, follow-up and reporting • Collect and consolidate inputs/assumptions and construct the yearly budget working with Divisional VPOs in other Amadeus sites.
Ownership is key factor • Monitor and track all budget evolutions • Monitor resource plan in line with budget evolution • Facilitate and improve accuracy on time spent reporting • Provide regular management reports and dashboards including revenue, cost, resource consumption figures • Standardize budget/planning operations and dashboards • Create Project Dashboard for division with appropriate health indicators and KPIs • Establish a standard Project Monitoring process across division Process & Performance improvement • Provide governance for all operational improvements in the division • Identify and measure key performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Identify/Propose best practices and process improvements, tools and techniques to increase process efficiency and improve performance • Prepare and support division for internal and external quality audits Management support • Operations Management.

Decision support system • Prepare presentations for division/labs management • Division specific and Center-wide transversal projects • Represent the division and actively participate in transversal projects Financial Monitoring • Travel budget follow up at division level • IT Capex follow up & help in preparation for Forecast/budget exercise by collecting inputs/requirements • Facilitate and improve time spent reporting (Monitoring time spent at division level/ adopting best practices).
Focus on Support cost • Resource monitoring at cost center level, to ensure alignment with Budget/Forecast • Alignment of Actual versus Annual Budget and LTP (Long Term Plan) figures by making anticipated valuation before legal engagement of potential; expenses, assets, social costs and recruitment Skills & Knowledge – Technical / Functional and Managerial • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Functional expertise and business acumen necessary to translate numbers into decision making statistics.
• Must have experience with Agile methodology and practices • Displayed innovation and creativity within previous roles, particularly where dealing with defining, deploying and encouraging the adoption of Agile skills and tools • An out-of-box thinker with proven track record of establishing process, documentation, reconciliation, variance management, streamlining workflow and creating team work environment to enhance productivity innovatively.
