Job Description Responsibilities Prepare and organize project information in an appropriate format for presentation to all Devoteam stakeholders, including C-level management.
Maintain and implement new reports, KPI and indicators in the PMO Dashboard platform.
Regular execution of the project management audit process.
Ensure proper stability, performance and availability of the PMO Dashboard platform.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a postgraduate in IT 1-2 years of experience as Data Specialist, preferably in the context of PMO Proficiency and proven experience developing Dashboard solutions based in Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx Some experience in developing Dashboards in Google Looker Excellent understanding and experience of SQL programming Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs e Slides) Clear understanding of project management concepts (Waterfall or Agile, Scrum and/or Lean methodologies) Excellent analytical and reporting skills, including attention to detail and accuracy Good Time Management, Planning, Prioritization and Communication skills Good level of English, spoken and written Additional Information The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
