What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? Develop and optimize custom-built e-commerce platform using Perl, PHP and complementary technologies; Architect and implement new features, improve performance, and enhance security, working with and integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, and logistics automation; Improve database performance (PostgreSQL) and caching mechanisms; Maintain high coding standards and documentation to ensure scalability and maintainability.
What will be required from you? Degree in Engineering or other similar area; At least 05 years of similar professional experience; Knowledge of modern web development, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, among others; Strong knowledge of REST API, JSON, and web integrations, as well as in Linux; Previous experience with e-commerce platforms will be a plus; Fluency in English both written and spoken.
