Descrição do emprego People Trainee A successful People Trainee combines an interest in human relationships with technology, learning and a willingness to put their technical knowledge into practice.
Habilitações The job will require you to Support in the human resources strategy and policies development; Support in the employer branding and talent attraction; Participation in recruitment and selection processes; Implementation onboarding and mentoring processes; Update job descriptions for all employees; Ensure the administrative processes improvement; Guarantee the necessary materials and equipment for all employees.
The ideal candidate Degree's in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or similar areas; Eligible for IEFP internship; Interest in interpersonal relationships; Excellent communication and soft skills; We value an entrepreneurial attitude, with determination and positivity; We acknowledge individuals who achieve more with less and consistently uphold high standards of quality; Good written and verbal English communication skills.
