We are looking for a Packet Core Engineer - HSS/Design/IMS  to join our team, on a hybrid format, with the possibility of participating in many interesting and cutting-edge projects through the whole life-cycle.
our Role IP Design (HLD/LLD) - ​mainly focused in 2G/3G/LTE and 5G Stand Alone architecture.
upport to the definition of the integration and commissioning methodologies and global cloud packet core architecture, covering integration and acceptance test.
ustomer meetings.
ricsson Router configuration/integration/support.
irst point of contact for support of any alarm/event/KPI related issues.
lose Collaboration with Field Team for all field activities (Hardware failures, Node unreachable etc.).
nsure timely restoration of Services maintain MTTR for good customer experience & high Service availability to maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA).
roactive involvement to detect possible failures to ensure incident restoration/avoidance whenever engagement by Incident Manager or MS Automated Service Function.
ode health checks and backups & trouble-shoot the deviation identified.
nd to End Network Understanding.
Your Profile Good knowledge in IP Networking Protocols like OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, BFD.
nderstanding of Switching VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, HSRP.
elecom knowledge (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G Service Flow & Interfaces).
roduct/Vendor knowledge/Certification on Ericsson / Nokia / Cisco / Juniper/ Huawei / F5 (at least any two).
ood Communication & troubleshooting skills.
-5 years of relevant work experience in IP Domain.
