We are currently looking for Outsystems Tech Lead Main Tasks and Responsibilities.
You will manage a team of technical resources and develop/implement Outsystems solutions for multiple industries and different technologies via the platform.
You will lead a dynamic team with members with different levels of expertise and experience.
Manage tasks and teams to achieve maximum performance.
Test and prepare demonstrations.
Ensure technical success and deliver quality.
Profile.
Degree in Computer Science, Management Informatics or similar; Experience exceeding 3 years of team lead in OutSystems projects; Leadership skills; Good communication skills; Good technical knowledge of integration with other systems; Critical spirit and good logical reasoning; Team spirit and good communication skills; Work experience ina Agile/Scrum methodology.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Work location.
