Descrição do emprego Lead customers initiatives in OutSystems, from the moment, that a project is sold until the end of the engagement.
It includes setting up the project calendar, getting the delivery team onboard, ensuring a constant alignment between customer and OutSystems team, and measuring the value that the solution is giving to the users; Create and maintain a team by making sure it has balance and the best to deliver the solution with quality; Lead the business analysis, focusing on prioritizing it based on the value and proposing the simplest solution together with the delivery team; Present the solution to the business, running usability and functional tests when needed; Ensure that the initiatives are delivered on time and on budget; Collaborate in the sales cycle, both on finding new opportunities in current customers or estimating new projects; Habilitações Experience with agile methodologies is mandatory, as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner; Experience leading OutSystems implementation initiatives is a good plus; Experience in business analysis, translating business needs into feasible solutions, in collaboration with the technical team; Experience in functional testing and usability testing is a good plus; Experience with managing projects through JIRA is a good plus; Experience with international clients is a good plus; Having an outcome-driven approach to problem-solving; Be a great communicator, able to adjust the speech from CxO level to technical and users profiles; Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - mandatory; Fluency in French (both written and spoken) - it’s a good plus; Informações adicionais The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
