The Role.
We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our team.
You will add value by providing purchase order data to ensure accurate billing, and perform problem resolution in ERP and pricing issues.
The role will also main Liaisonbetween the account team, Supply Chain, and finance for business issues.
Key responsibilities include.
Manage the prototype process from sales order to shipment for ATC Manage and input shipment and ordering customer data to ensure correct delivery and billing Understand the different Customer ordering requirements and B2B portals Troubleshoot problems for all locations related to correcting customer orders, demand priority, and shipping Coordinate with Commercial Managers to obtain Purchase orders from the customer Enforce and review purchase order control procedures Input recurring steel price updates for OE customers Liaison with planners for customer demand input Coordinate with planners to clean up and maintain the customer data Determine EDI issues and provide input for correction Analyze new customer EDI requirements and decide how to implement them Coordinate testing of customer requirements with planners, accounting, shipping, and IS Clarify invoice issues and consult with accounting/commercial managers to identify a resolution for payment Develop purchase order controls/procedures Administer month end sign-offs for accounting Provide requests of purchase orders to Auditors during the year-end audit Create reports in Cognos to validate input of data and sales analysis Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge, and Skills Required BSc/BA in managementor relevant field Strongcommunication skills Self-organisation and time management Ability to work unsupervised and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines Full proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Language Skills.
