Descrição de funções.
- Apoio ao cliente em linha de reservas (Inbound) Requisitos.
- Excelentes competências de comunicação; - Proatividade e dinamismo; - Orientação para objetivos; - Domínio de Inglês (Obrigatório) e de outras línguas (Preferencial); - Orientação para o cliente; - Escolaridade - 12 º Ano (preferencial); - Experiência profissional em atividades de Contact Center ou de Apoio ao Cliente de 6 meses (preferencial); - Informática na ótica do utilizador.
Oferta.
- Horário full time de 8h com disponibilidade horária das 8h às 20h, de 2ª a 6ª feira (Feriados incluídos).
- Salário base + Proporcionais + Sub.
Alimentação + Prémios atrativos; - Formação inicial e contínua.
