Role Description As a part of our community, teachers have the opportunity to conduct customized 1-on-1 classes online, providing a unique and tailored learning experience for students.

Our classes are available 24/7, with peak times aligning with US daytime hours (7am-10pm EST), ensuring flexibility and accessibility for both educators and students.
Teachers have the freedom to set their own schedule, allowing for a perfect work-life balance.
All necessary teaching materials are provided, eliminating the need for extensive lesson planning, and forget lengthy class reports, all so you can focus on what you do best – teaching! We prioritize your professional growth with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Each class is 25 minutes, yet you get paid for a full 30 minutes.
You also get paid in full for student no-shows and classes canceled with less than 2 hours' notice.

Qualifications Must have at least two years of ESL or Pronunciation teaching experience Must be able to utilize Skype Video Calls and have a stable internet connection with a minimum uploading speed of 5MB/s Must have at least one of the following.
-Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics/English -TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate -Vocal related degree/certification Pay Rate We are an American company, we pay in USD.
When you start, the hourly rate is $16 per hour.
Non-negotiable.
The rate goes up every 500 teaching hours by $1 until it reaches $25/h.
