Position Overview.
As an OnSite NorwegianSpeaking Customer Advisor youll be the face of our company assisting Norwegianspeaking customers with their travel inquiries and needs.
This onsite role in Athens offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the bustling city life while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities.
Customer Assistance.
Provide support and assistance to Norwegianspeaking customers addressing their inquiries booking requests and travelrelated concerns.
Communication.
Utilize your fluent Norwegian language skills to communicate effectively with customers ensuring clear and concise interactions.
Issue Resolution.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally striving to exceed their expectations and enhance their overall experience.
Product Knowledge.
Develop a strong understanding of our travel products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Team Collaboration.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and other teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications.
Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
Showcase your proficiency in the Norwegian language enabling seamless communication with our customers.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal abilities fostering positive interactions with customers and team members.
Customer Service Experience (Preferred).
While not mandatory prior customer service experience is a valuable asset contributing to your success in this role.
