Position Overview.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Norwegianspeaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Norwegianspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on an interesting project and build a rewarding career with us.
Key Responsibilities.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products services and company policies Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs Qualifications.
Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken) Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively Training.
roficiency in using Training for this position will be conducted remotely allowing you to learn and develop the necessary skills from the comfort of your own home before joining our team in Lisbon.
