NAS-TO-FILEZILLA FTP TRANSFER SCRIPT

I need a PowerShell script which will transfer files and folders, including subfolders from the NAS unit to my FileZilla server using FTP.
The PowerShell script has a further requirement.
It should create a log file with the names of all files it has transferred and reads it each time the script runs so that it does not recopy them.
The script should run at every evening.
Ideal Freelancer.
Versed in Windows 10 PC, NAS and FileZilla server operations.
Excellent skills in PowerShell scripting, specifically for FTP file transfer.
