Multilingual Content Moderator (Swedish Danish or Norwegian Speaking) Location.

Responsibilities.
Monitor usergenerated content on various online platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
Review and moderate text images and videos in Swedish Danish and Norwegian languages.
Take appropriate actions such as removing inappropriate content issuing warnings and escalating issues as necessary.
Provide feedback and insights to improve moderation processes and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address emerging issues and trends.
Requirements.
Fluency in Swedish Danish or Norwegian languages (written and spoken) is essential.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Good judgment and decisionmaking skills when assessing content.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred but not required.
