Minimum 8 to 10 of experience in SQL DB Administration in a 24*7 environment - SQL Server R • Must have worked in similar capacity at an MNC in Outsourcing/ technology and consulting services firm • Exceptional team player who has fantastic communication & colloboaration skills with every stakeholders • Master in performance troubleshooting, High Availability issues, DB Architecture.
• Expert in designing DBA solutions for complex infra requirements.
• Good work experience in MS Azure & other cloud platforms in hosting DB environments.
• Expertise in business continuity planning and disaster recovery practices • Must have financial acumen; budgeting; reducing cost of operations; knowledge of Capex; Opex; resource costing • Expertise in client/vendor management - crucial conversations towards mutual success • Ability to work effectively in diverse; virtual and multi-cultural environments • Able to work in an unstructured environment and bring structure to a problem; synthesize issues.
