We use Excel for our bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
- Frequency.
The assistance will be required monthly, making it a recurring project that's ideal for someone seeking a consistent workload.
- Tasks.
The primary duty will be logging daily financial data for the monthly income.
This includes categorizing, reconciling, and ensuring the accuracy of the data.
Batches will be sent monthly and need to be processes within 72 hours of receiving.
Ideal candidates should have.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Experience in bookkeeping or data entry, preferably for small businesses.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with financial terms and processes.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
