The successful candidate will work in a cross-functional scrum team, the team is end-to-end responsible for their products and is working on ML products to help our logistics team with capacity planning.
There is a strong engineering culture, and focus towards automation.
The ML engineers’ responsibilities mainly focus on working with the business stakeholders, translating their problems into ML solutions, creating the models and working with the team on deploying, maintaining and monitoring them.
Depending on the specifics of the projects, a variety of techniques and technologies are used, the candidate is expected to be flexible, and open to learning new technologies.
Key Responsibilities The ML Engineer is responsible for developing, tuning and deploying ML models to production.
Works with other data and software engineers on the team on the data and serving needs for the model.
Partner closely with the data science team and implement MLOps best practices for all models going to production.
Also responsible for ongoing maintenance and support of pipelines Essential Skills (Mandatory Skills) • Python, ML Algorithms/MLOps, AWS, Airflow / SQL, AWS stack, Sagemaker • ML libraries (sklearn/pytorch/prophet) and data wrangling (pandas/spark) • ML Model deployment and monitoring (ML Ops) • Develops and communicates descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive insights/algorithms.
In product/systems improvement projects • Uses machine language and statistical modeling techniques such as decision trees, logistic regression, Bayesian analysis and others to develop and evaluate algorithms to improve product/system performance, quality, data management and accuracy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good experience in working in Agile with Agile mind-set and innovative Nice to Have Skills.
· Python Rest API frameworks such as Flask / FastAPI AWS & Kubernetes experience Engineering mindset Open towards innovation and willing to learn new technologies Qualifications.
Experienced Data Engineer profile on Python Spark Scala build on Cloud based data solutions.
