MID-LEVEL JAVA FULL STACK WITH AWS

Position Description.
CGI has an immediate need for a Mid-Level Java Full Stack with AWS to join our team in Plano, TX or Reston, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities.
We are looking for a strong Jr.
Full Stack Developer with AWS to work on real implementations in a highly dynamic and fast-paced Agile environment.
This incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java applications on AWS cloud.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Typically requires 5-7 years relevant experience • AWS Full Stack Developer - Java/ Angular, Microservices experience, Spring boot, Hibernate • AWS development experience using Java, Node.
s, lambda service and scripting.
• Experience with AWS code pipeline, AWS deployment automation, AWS Service Catalog.
• Develop AWS deployment automation services for various security related applications and tools.
• Design, build, test, deploy and support deployment of tools in AWS.
• Programming experience with Angular and Java, J2EE, XML, and Web Services • Experiences in full life cycle application/system development • Experience developing in distributed application environments (Database, Transaction Management) • Experience writing conceptual and detailed design documents, and developing large scale enterprise applications following an Agile execution model • Angular, Java, and J2EE experience • Experience/knowledge of AWS development and services • Experience with Application integrations (SOAP/REST Web Services, ESB, JMS, File/Data transfers, etc.) • Familiar with GIT repositories (Bit Bucket) and Agile Methodology/SCRUM/Kanban UCD, Terraform, Docker/Container basics • Source Code Control/Feature Branching/CICD Pipeline Basics, Version Control • Experience with Jenkins and GIT– Foundational • CANDIDATES NEED TO BE WILLING TO WORK 2-3 days/week onsite (Reston, VA or Plano, TX).
Education.
