Roles and Responsibilities • Lead the architectural design and development of complex software systems based on microservices architecture principles using Java technologies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose technical solutions, and translate them into scalable software architectures that integrate efficiently with databases.
• Define and enforce architectural guidelines, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code with robust database integration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in adhering to architectural best practices, coding standards, and design patterns for efficient database interactions.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks for the development of microservices-based applications, ensuring seamless integration with various database systems.
• Design and optimize database schemas, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and performance in a microservices environment.
• Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance assessments to maintain optimal code quality, security, scalability, and efficient database utilization.
• Champion innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in microservices architecture, Java development, and database integration.
• Lead and facilitate technical discussions, act as a subject matter expert, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure robust database-backed microservices solutions.
 Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.
 Conceptualize, design and document complex systems solutions.
 Keeping a constant check on the quality and effectiveness of the code so that at no point there is a deviation from the industry standard.
 Enable the partner to be successful during pre-sales activities which include delivery of Proof of Concepts (POC), Pilots, Prototypes, Demos, and technical blockers and objections removal.
Enable the partner to discover ways to automate solutions to reduce costs and create.
 Experience in cloud technology Superior communication skills Aptitude for problem-solving.
Ability to prioritize and adapt.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
 Perform cross-functional, multidisciplinary technical oversight to include evaluation of project work, staff, methods, and associated procedures related to enterprise-level systems.
 Design enterprise-wide systems architecture and integration strategies across multiple platforms, technologies, and software systems.
 Meet with vendors to design and develop hardware and software specifications, solutions, and strategies.
 Design and implement monitoring, capacity planning and modeling of enterprise-wide, multi-platform or multi-disciplinary systems.
 Hands-on-experience in solution activities.
Proposal Creation, RFP response, Business cases for Cloud & DC Hosting, Migration.
 Collaborate with Delivery teams for Knowledge Repository Management, Case Studies, Service Offering Presentations  Strong presentation and written communication with the Ability to present the Value proposition.
 Familiarity with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT landscape Product Engineering Services.
 Strong visionary skills supported by technical depth and credibility.
