Reporting to Source to Pay & Trade Assets Lead, this professional will be leading a team in Master Data.
A day in the life of...
• Manage the Master Data team and ensure that all Master Data activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPls); Responsible for Customer Master Data, Material Master Data, Data Approval and Pricing; • Drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place; • Monitor the efficiency of the operations and coordinates execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives; • Create and execute short to mid-term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or sub-function and the talent required to execute strategies in job area; • Encourage, coach & develop team; • Identify and implement process improvements in relation to master data processes; • Ensure business continuity plan is define, update and implemented; What will make you successful • Ability to develop and lead a team; • Successful experience in delivering services through Shared Service partners; • Knowledge in Data Management; • Good stakeholder management skills; • Knowledge in SAP solution; • Good understanding of Shared Service Center operations, internal and external business environment and business processes; • Solid knowledge of MS office, particulary Excel and reporting tools (e.
