urrently, and to reinforce their Shared Service’s team, we are recruiting an Master Data Administrator (f/m/d) fluent in English + Portuguese (mandatory), French is a plus.

pm, from Monday to Friday.
Note.
first month is fully in the office, and afterward is a hybrid system.
eporting directly to the Master data Manager, you will update the centralized reference tools and ensure quality and consistency between the different information systems of the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.
ain responsibilities.
Update reference tools centrally; Analyse and correct anomalies at a central level in the reference tools of the different applications and guide the resolution of anomalies in the subsidiaries; Ensure and/or coordinate the necessary corrective actions; Ensuring the structure of the reference tool and consistency of orders received.
Profile.
High school diploma in administrative or computer sciences areas; At least 1 year experience in similar position, experience within a shared service environment would be a plus; Good knowledge on Excel and SAP (will be a plus).
