MARKETING SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The primary objective of this position is to empower the Companys sales teams and business leadership by providing them with the necessary tools insights support and practices to achieve heightened success.
As the Marketing and Sales Support Specialist you will serve as the initial point of contact for prospects actively engaging in and supporting prospecting activities.
The ultimate aim is to enhance sales velocity and make a substantial commercial impact.
Tasks Assist in sales and pitch preparation including organizing meetings with prospective clients and internal business development sessions.
Drive support and analyze a comprehensive 360degree representation of sales ensuring the completeness of data on our CRM platform (Hubspot).
Act as the first point of contact for prospects conducting research and establishing connections with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Identify sales targets and conduct research related to business development opportunities market developments benchmarks competitors and trends.
Provide support for internal and external event preparation and project management.
Create and support email social media and other marketing campaigns.
Generate regular management information reports.
Establish and maintain an ongoing tracking and reporting methodology for the marketingtosales function.
Handle ad hoc proofreading presentation creation and regular updates to documents/toolbox.
Ensure client support materials are of high quality featuring appealing design and being errorfree.
Support the development of customer references proof points and case studies for both external and internal use.
Additionally assist in the preparation of sales events and other activities to support customer success.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in salesoriented marketing activities with a handson ability to build processes from scratch.
Proficient communication skills in at least two languages.
Extensive experience in social media campaigns.
A datadriven approach developing processes that can scale effectively.
Indepth knowledge of the sales cycle and sales and marketing methodologies.
amiliarity with CRM social media and a general affinity with digital technology and travel.
Ideally experience in a fastpaced retail environment.
