About Goparity Goparity is an impact investment platform whose main mission is to democratize access to sustainable finance.
The platform connects companies and individuals who want to invest ethically, with an interest, in projects with a positive impact on people and the planet.
We are growing, both in terms of size and impact generated.
We were born in Portugal in but have since then financed projects and grown a large community of investors all around the world.
In January we were granted a licence to operate without limitations in all of Europe, we are looking for smart creative people who want to take part in our mission to democratize the financial sector, for the good of people and our planet.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? First things first, this internship will be supported by IEFP, so please make sure you are eligible.
The duration of this internship is 9 months.
You should master the art of writing in English and Portuguese (or Spanish) and be able to communicate Goparity in a simple and creative way.
We expect you to be a great team player, eager to work in a collaborative environment and to constantly learn, while taking full responsibility for the tasks you develop.
We are looking for someone who holds a bachelor’s degree, preferably, in Marketing, Communications Sciences, Management, or other Social Sciences, and is ready to embrace our mission.
About The Role – Key Responsibilities You will play a support role to our Marketing and Communication Department (Marcomms), which develops and implements both B2B and B2C marketing strategies catered to investors (individual and organizational) and promoters (private companies or other organizations seeking financing).
From crowdlending campaign pages to brochures, including newsletters and events you will have the opportunity to tap into diverse marketing tasks.
Tasks include.
Write about our mission, projects, and services in a clear and creative way.
we are not as boring as a Bank, but we are dealing with people’s money, so all our content must be sharp.
Translations.
from Spanish or Portuguese into English and from English into Spanish or Portuguese.
Marketing operations.
uploading content to our backoffice, updating information about the projects funded through the platform, organizing folders, posting on social media, and keeping our website updated in three languages (Portuguese, English, and Spanish).
Email marketing.
creating newsletters or improving copy for automatic emails aimed at improving conversion and reducing churn.
Support our webinars about finance and sustainable development.
Contribute to our blog posts.
The duration of this internship is 9 months, and you will be reporting directly to the Marketing and Content Manager.
ABOUT YOU Mandatory You are eligible for an IEFP internship.
You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably, in Marketing, Communications Sciences, Management, or other Social Sciences.
You are fluent in English, You are fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish, You have excellent writing skills in both English and Portuguese or Spanish, You are a creative and resourceful person, who loves to write content.
You are positive, communicative, You like to be hands-on, You are organized and attentive to details.
Bonus points for You have cultural-fit with Goparity’s mission and are passionate about sustainable development (social and environmental issues).
You know your way around financial concepts.
Experience in the start-up world, Experience in banking and/or finance sectors.
Experience in a marketing role or with Marketing software (e.
., Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram) Master a third language (eg.
French, Italian) Commitment and availability Availability to accept new challenges.
Attentive to others and ability to work effectively with an international (and mostly remote) team.

Salary range Your monthly salary will range from € to € gross, depending on your qualifications, plus a 9,60€ food subsidy per working day (approximately €192 per month).
Workplace We are remote flexible (even before covid) – maximum liberty comes with full responsibility.
We are based in Wonder Work (Bairro Azul) in Lisbon and have a desk in Barcelona, but you can work from home.
We have one mandatory in-presence meeting, happening every quarter in Lisbon.
