Job Description.
We are looking for a Market Operation Technician to join our Market Demand Team.
* Fulfill and record orders in the system, timely and accurately; * Customer contact; * Provide clarifications on availability, prices and delivery data to internal and external customers; * Ensure the handling of customer complaints, providing appropriate referral and feedback; * Contact suppliers (plant).
Qualifications.
* High school degree (12º); * Customer Orientation; * Good SAP Knowledge (preferred); * Strong English language skills (written and spoken) (preferred); * Proactive, willingness to bring topics forward; * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Additional Information.
