What you’ll do Manage Sales.
establish sales targets, co-ordinate local action plans, monitor activity and performance of each store, in order to correct deviations, etc); Define and continuously review action plans according to market’s dynamics to guarantee commercial targets achievement; Manage Direct Human Resources and Outsourcing contract levels of service; Guarantee image compliance and an adequate stock management; Support Agents business management aligned with Vodafone way, KPIs and best practices.
Who you are Bachelor or Master in Management or Marketing; 5 years in Sales positions or similar; Ambitious, competitive and results driven; Analytic skills to analyse several information sources and KPIs; Commercial and negotiation experience; Team management experience; Telecommunications Business knowledge.
Portuguese and English fluency.
