Job Description.
Responsibilities - your mission * Work with domain experts, data scientists and AI specialists to accelerate ML/AI into production * Developing ML systems, considering all aspects of the ML product lifecycle including model training, deployment, monitoring, and validation * Support architecture discussions on integration of AI/ML in existing IM applications * Deploy and maintain both software and ML systems in multi-cloud and on-prem environments * Help define software engineering and MLOps best practices to be adopted across the business Requirements - our ideal candidate will have * Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in a STEM subject * Experience in one or more programming and/or scripting languages such as Python, Node.
s, Java, etc.
* Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps principles * An understanding of software design & architecture * An understanding of statistics and machine learning (eg deep learning, convolutional neural networks, generative AI etc.) * Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP * Fluent in written and spoken English * Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills Preferred Requirements * An understanding or experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture * Familiarity with agile development principles * An understanding of MLOps and the machine learning product life cycle * Familiarity developing software or infrastructure for scalable systems * Prior experience with optimizing machine learning algorithms * Experience designing, building, and operating machine learning solutions, leveraging specific machine learning architectures * Have strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
