Sobre o nosso cliente Our client is a FMCG company operating in the food sector, specializing in both branded products and private label distribution.
Descrição Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and distributors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and strategies to meet customer requirements.
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue leads to expand market share.
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Develop strategic account plans outlining objectives, tactics, and timelines to achieve sales targets.
Stay abreast of industry developments and market dynamics to adapt strategies accordingly.
Forecast sales volumes, revenues, and expenses for key accounts and product categories.
Prepare regular reports and analyses on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform decision-making.
Work closely with marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance teams to align efforts and drive results.
Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and inventory management to support sales initiatives.
Collaborate with trade marketing teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns and promotions.
Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Proven experience in key account management or sales roles within the FMCG industry, preferably in the food sector.
Strong understanding of retail channels, market dynamics, and consumer trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
