Tasks Identify qualified leads and build relationships through targeted calls & personalized outreach (email LinkedIn etc.) Deep dive into target companies decisionmakers and trends to craft impactful outreach strategies Analyse results to continuously improve outbound techniques and maximize lead generation Collaborate on demos and provide additional sales initiatives Requirements Bachelor in management business or similar Fluent in German and English At least 2 years of experience (SDR b2b outbound sales consulting or similar) Excellent communication skills verbal and writing Goal oriented person and eager to learn Analytic and Structured mindset Autonomous and proactive working style Experience in software or ERP business is a plus Benefits Steep learning curve.
