We are hiring a Junior Platform Engineer (DevOps) for this international transportation project in Oeiras (Hybrid).
Description.
Implement, install, operate and maintain systems hardware, software applications and Information Technology infrastructure; Manage project deployment life cycle and oversee live implementation; Evaluate product requirements to develop total systems solutions within project timelines and cost constraints; Design scalable and performant solutions; Oversee the testing and monitoring of applications and systems performance; Provide assistance with systems planning, business information analysis and process improvement initiatives; Support resolution of systems issues; Provide regular reports auditing our current services and latest changes, as well as our internal practices.
Requirements.
2+ years of experience of software development; Solid experience with Git and Linux; Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub; Experience with automation/configuration management using either Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform; Experience with monitoring tools; Experience with a variety of software and hardware operating environments for virtualization and containers (Docker, Kubernetes/Openshift, Clouds (AWS and/or Azure); Understanding and efficiency in collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders; Professional English proficiency (written and spoken) We offer.
