About the Role.
We are currently looking for a talented candidate to join Ferrero House Agency (Pubbliregia).
You will support the Global Account Team in all daily activities and ongoing projects for the Biscuits and Better for You categories.
You will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero, directly reporting to the Account Biscuits & BFY Manager, with the following responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities.
Receives the relevant briefs together with the Global Account Department or direct responsible and minor briefs independently; Interfaces with marketing or market functions to obtain all information regarding any request; Supports the development of the brief by identifying, together with the creative function, opportunities or critical issues; It guarantees the connection between the functions of creative communication and packaging graphics and the requesting marketing functions; Manages / coordinates project development (work progress status, timing); Supervises the entire process of campaign development, intervening to make it more fluid in all its aspects.
Who we are looking for.
Profile   Degree in Communication / Marketing / Economics and related fields;  1-3 years of experience on FMCG projects is considered as a plus; Dynamic, curious, flexible, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters; Strong relational attitude and team working skills; Project management and good organizational skills, problem solver; High professional standards for customer service and work quality; Ability to manage external suppliers; Knowledge of digital environment/tools; Passionate about our products; Availability to travel and International mobility.
IT Skills   Excellent command of PC (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint);   Languages   Fluency in Italian and English.
Any other additional languages are considered as a plus How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero.
