Director of Revenue, SSAResponsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue management, including pricing strategies, market analysis, and promotional activities to the assigned properties and conducting all tasks that pertain to the function such as managing rooms inventory, rates, PMS and Revenue Management systems to maximize cluster rooms revenue and market share, forecasting, budgeting, business planning, the preparation of month end and ad-hoc analysis, the communication of rates, restrictions and strategies to the assigned property (properties) and the implementation of those in Revenue Management systems (ensuring system information is accurate).

evelop and implement strategic revenue plans to optimize the hotels financial performance.
nalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
ollaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overarching business goals.
mplement weekly Revenue Meetings to discuss sales strategies with Sales and GMMonitor and adjust pricing and inventory based on demand and market conditions.
tilize data-driven insights to forecast monthly revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR) to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
valuate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and take proactive measures to enhance profitability.
ffective communication on the hotel level and with the Regional Director of RevenueProviding revenue management functional expertise to property general managers, leadership teams and market sales leadersEnsuring that hotel strategies conform to brand philosophies and initiativesAnalyzing month end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goalsSubmitting reports in a timely manner, ensuing delivery deadlinesImplement an upselling programEnsure effectiveness and performance for the reservation departmentUpdate and maintenance of GDS, TARS, Hotel Distribution and all reservation channelsEnsure accurate data capture in all systems and perform regular system auditQualificationsSuccess in the role will be determined through evaluation by demonstrating the following minimum qualifications.
inimum 3 years experience in Revenue Management at a Hotel is preferableStrong business acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunitiesMulti-property management is a plusExcellent leadership, motivation, and communication skills.
trong computer skills and number orientedWritten and spoken professional business French and English languageGood presentation skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and prior experience with revenue systems are requiredDemonstrate the ability to forecast sales and trends in the marketAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and good analytical approach to problem-solvingProven ability to build and maintain good relationshipsCommunicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with assertive skillsAdditional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion.
