We are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Italianspeaking Customer Support Specialist to join their team.
In this role you will provide topnotch support to customers of a leading entertainment company.
Your responsibilities will include.
Assisting customers with a variety of inquiries via phone email chat and social media.
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing account and application support.
Delivering accurate and timely responses to customer questions.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
We are looking for a candidate who.
Is a native speaker of Italian and has a B2 level of English proficiency.
Has previous experience in a contact center or customer service role (preferred).
Is comfortable providing support through various channels including social media chat email and phone (limited calls).
