- 9 months internship (starts on September , ends on June ) - Full time position (40 hours per week) - EUR monthly + meal allowance + transportation allowance Responsibilities - your mission Finance Systems team.
* Manage Service Now tickets * Manage ChaRM requests * Perform Business Workflows of the Business Processes (SIPOC Diagrams) * Create a new CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) * Coordinate and communicate closely with all stakeholders involved HR Data & Reporting team.
* Produce reports to answer ad-hoc requests * Produce regular reports * Automate reports using Python * Produce & update dashboards HR Digital Operations team.
* Manage Service Now tickets * Implement the requested changes in the HR systems (Workday & SAP) * Support Business Transformation projects * Conduct impact analysis and mitigate identified risks * Coordinate and communicate closely with all stakeholders involved Operational Excellence team.
* You will be part of a Team of Digital Business Analysts, collaborating to promote Continuous Improvement by leveraging Technological capabilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, objectives and user needs * Participate in the implementation of a Citizen Development culture in (COMPANY NAME) GBS * Co-design, develop and maintain user-facing solutions, mostly leveraging low code / no code capabilities * Write clean, efficient and well-documented code using main coding languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript Requirements - our ideal candidate will have * Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students; * Relevant degree for the area; * Attention to detail and accuracy; * Integrity; * Effective communication skills, both oral and written * Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management * Language.
