Main Missions Level Office & Network.
1 - Assists users to run their computing systems, especially in case of issues - Carries out daily and common operations as registered in the Service Desk ticketing system - Support users in running their computing systems in a more efficient way buy providing 1st level training & advices 2 - Ensures receipt of user requests and helps to resolve incidents (1st level) - Ensures receipt and recording of user requests in the Service Desk ticketing system.
install, move, add and change - performs diagnosis of breakdowns and takes care of 1st level repairs - Transfers requests for repairs to technicians and administrators capable of answering - Carries out collection of needs for improvement (in particular technical) 3 - Ensures installation, deployment and effective operating of computing equipment (material and software) for users, in compliance with current company procedures - Installs user equipment and updates (micro material, programmes) - Ensures follow-up of micro material and software stock inventory, management of updates, management of maintenance equipment stock - Assists and advises users permanently Purpose Essential job functions Abilities
