The position shall lead the management, monitoring, and improvement of existing and new global applications (tools, systems, applications) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) and IT processes such as change management, release management.
Key Responsibilities Data Collection and Analysis and Business Requirements Identification - Use data from a wide range of sources to analyse key themes and identify possible impacts on the business and c ollect business requirements to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
Analysis of \"As Is\" and “To Be” – Document \"as is\" and \"to be\" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the \"to be\" capability to record accurately the change required Portfolio Management and Change management - Plan and deliver small projects or workstreams using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved.
Develop and deliver projects within a change management initiative.
Testing Information Technology (IT) Performance – Design and perform software tests and respond to user emails to monitor, diagnose, and correct performance issues.
Culture of Innovation - Support a culture of innovation by contributing to solutions that boost creativity, innovation, and collaboration, such as idea generation platforms, jam sessions, and hackathons.
Innovation Implementation and Pipeline Management – Execute development plan for a new product or service, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating to project stakeholders.
To be successful in this position, you will have.
3+ years of demonstrated functional expertise in the Finance processes Technical background and ability to translate the functional requirements to the technical requirements.
Global IT/functional projects contribution experience (implementations) Experience working with functional requirements gathering and definition Education.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Language Skills.
Good English language – both verbal and written
