We are now looking for a Talent Manager/IT Recruiter willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.
Are you the one? Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or other similar areas.
1-3 years of experience in IT talent recruitment.
Good communication skills alongside detail focus.
People-oriented, empathic, and dynamic.
Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and strong results orientation.
Ability to negotiate with clients and candidates.
Mandatory to be fluent in Portuguese and have a good level of English (minimum B2).
