Wir sind derzeit auf der Suche nach einem talentierten und erfahrenen IT-Projektmanager, der unser Team verstärkt und zur Weiterentwicklung und zum Erfolg unserer Projekte beiträgt.
**Ihre Aufgaben:** 1.
Erstellung der Anforderungsdokumentation und Testen neuer Funktionen vor der Freigabe.
2.
Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit Dienstleistern und Überprüfung der Qualität ihrer Leistungen.
3.
Planung und Koordination von Entwicklungsaufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Tech Lead und dem Entwicklungsteam.
4.
Personalmanagement, einschließlich der Führung und Entwicklung unseres Entwicklungsteams.
5.
Durchführung regelmäßiger Update-Meetings mit dem Management, um über den Projektfortschritt zu berichten.
6.
die Übernahme des allgemeinen Projektmanagements, um den Erfolg der Projekte sicherzustellen.

**Ihr Profil:** 1.
proaktive Arbeitsweise und keine Angst davor, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

4.
Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, idealerweise als Product Owner oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion.
5.
vorzugsweise Erfahrung in einem Investmentunternehmen mit einem ähnlichen Arbeitsansatz wie dem unseren (z.
.
Rocket Internet oder ein bekanntes Scale-Up).
6.
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Bewerbungen von Nicht-Muttersprachlern sind willkommen, sofern sie überzeugend darlegen können, warum sie für die Stelle geeignet sind.
