CGI is looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• This role is responsible for Projects Portfolio & Project Governance for IT Securities Services working within The CIO Office team.
• Context.
The CIO office team (25 employees spread between Paris & Lisbon) supports the CIO in achieving its strategic objectives on a worldwide scope.
strategy, HR coordination, budget, projects portfolio, governance, communication, sourcing & vendor management.
Main Tasks.
• Provide insightful analysis to 2S CIO by having an extensive knowledge of 2S IT projects portfolio; • Represent 2S IT during project portfolio workshops / committees / alignment meetings with other stakeholders (ITG, 2S Business, etc…); • Define & maintain 2S IT PPM framework; • Contribute to operational control campaign, reporting ITG (PMS), strategic investment committees…; • Support Domain managers & IT Transversal Domains teams in their Project Portfolio Domains ownership; • Project Governance.
Support 2S project managers in their understanding of the set of rules related to projects management governance; Steer deployment of ITG Framework governance.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Technical skills.
• Microsoft Office tools – Excel & PowerPoint; • Project Management (desirable but not mandatory).
Language skills.
• English - Mastery • French – Notions Soft skills.
• Organization/Method/Rigour; • Good communication skills – key element; • Ability to synthetize/simplify; • Resilience; • Ability to Collaborate / Teamwork; • Attention to Detail.
