Are you one of them? Join us!  The IT Product Manager will focus on the development and enhancement of service extension modules.
Play a crucial role in coordinating rollout of new features and updates for the entire suite of applications.
Your mission will be… Define the product vision and strategy for the Service Extensions modules.
Collaborate with the engineering team, regional and global stakeholders to design and implement new features.
Participate in PI planning as Business Owner for Service Extensions with responsibility of setting PI objectives and establish business value.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Work closely with regional product and deployment teams to coordinate the rollout of new features for the entire suite of applications Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure seamless integration of Service Extensions with other modules in the Product Suite.
Moderate between different interests of product managers and drive internal stakeholders towards achieving commonly accepted product solutions.
Keep up to date with Agile/Scrum best practice and new trends.
We are looking for someone with… Bachelor’s in engineering, business or related field.
Experience within industrial and global service environment, ideally for Digital and Field Services.
Our ideal job owner has between two and five years of experience managing international IT projects.
Domain know-how in one of the building technologies disciplines fire, comfort or security is an advantage.
MS Dynamics 365 Customer / Field Service experience is a plus.
SAP Customer Service experience is highly beneficial.
Any experience in working with SAFe and agile methodologies is highly beneficial.
A mindset that helps you to cope with diverse cultural backgrounds and different ways of working.
Business fluent English is a must.
Expectations On-site (Lisbon) presence for PI planning sessions and regular interactions with Product Managers / Product Owners Gather and consolidate requirements from all SI RSS regions Travel activity.
