LovelyStay, the hospitality arm of OptylonKrea, is a market leading tech oriented short-term rental property manager.

LovelyStay will be associated with a 150M Euro Venture Capital Fund aiming to develop more than serviced apartments across Europe within the next 5 years.

Conduct in-depth analysis of the existing business processes to understand their objectives, workflows, and pain points.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with IT solutions.
Collaborate with operational teams to be able to translate functional needs into technical designs and system requirements.
Provide guidance and clarification throughout development to ensure accurate execution.
Create & implement IT solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of various functions within the company.
Analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights to assist with more efficient business streamlining.
Provide technical support to end-users and address their IT-related issues or concerns.
Assess the performance of existing IT systems, identify opportunities for enhancements or upgrades, and collaborate with the IT team to implement necessary changes.
Develop a best practices document of IT processes and procedures.
Carry out trainings to educate end-users on new system functionalities and best practices.
Participate in the testing and quality assurance activities of software development projects.
Develop test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on functional specifications.
Perform functional testing to ensure that the implemented solution meets the defined requirements and provides the desired user experience.
What do we need.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience as a business or functional analyst, preferably in the IT field.
· Analytical mind, good in anticipating potential problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Follow recommended software development best practices, from helping to clearly define the requirements, plan the development, implement, test, and re-iterate whenever needed.
Experience with JIRA or a similar advanced project management software.
You are fluent in spoken and written Portuguese & English.
Autonomy and problem-solving mindset.
Analytical mind, good in anticipating potential problems.
