Created in December after 4 years of delivering the specialized recruitment service with great success under Boost IT name.
During these 4 years we carried out more than 400 specialized recruitment processes for 20 different clients both in Portugal and Internationally.
The success of the direct recruitment business area within Boost IT was so successful that we decided in to create BYT.

Tasks Ensuring the security and availability of the clients information and production infrastructure; Drawing up and executing the budget for the technological infrastructure area; Managing projects or monitoring and advising on the implementation of projects involving technological infrastructure; Promoting continuous improvement of the IT system and proposing innovations both in terms of hardware and software; Keeping up to date with the main knowledge trends and references in information systems in order to make quality recommendations; Managing service contracts associated with the IT area; Promoting and raising awareness of good practice in the use of IT systems.
Tech Stack being use.
Microsoft/Azure Stack VMWare Sophos etc Requirements More than 5 years of experience in IT Management positions Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent Experience in Project Management Knowledge of Systems Networks and Security Knowledge of infrastructures with Data Lakes IoT Hubs and Analytics Ability to make quality decisions under pressure; Ability to take controlled risks; Capacity for dialog and emotional intelligence.
