The IT Manager will be maintaining our technology infrastructure providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the security and integrity of our data.
The ideal candidate will have a background in IT management as well as a good understanding of current and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our data.
Manage the daytoday operations of our IT department including hardware and software installations upgrades and maintenance.
Provide technical support to our employees and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Develop and maintain relationships with thirdparty vendors and service providers.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance our companys efficiency and productivity.
Manage IT projects from conception to completion.
Develop and manage the IT budget and ensure that expenditures are within budgetary guidelines.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of current and emerging technologies and trends in IT management.
The Candidate we are looking for.
Technical skills.
Linux and Windows Systems management Firewall and Office network management Understands networking concepts such as routing NAT Portforwarding DNS VPN etc.
Experience with Jira GSuite and AWS Cloud services is a plus.
Excellent English writing and speaking level Qualifications.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management.
Strong technical knowledge of hardware software networking and security.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively.
