Descrição Participation in the implementation of requirements for information technology projects; Participation in technical meetings to define solutions for information systems, functional specifications, implementation plans, effort estimations, resource identification, and activity scheduling; Primary responsibility lies in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP modules for ERP systems throughout the enterprise; Incident handling, management, and resolution of ERP issues; Development of solutions, workflow diagrams, and charts, examination of system capabilities, analysis of alternative solutions, and creation of information system specifications; Effective communication of information to internal customers, collaboration with other department heads and technical staff; Maintenance of issue lists, release lists, and decision/approval logs; Understanding of business unit workflows and deployment of technology solutions to support them; Management of requirement tracking information and monitoring of requirement status; Provision of business process improvements, ERP deployment and training, isolation and escalation of application disruptions and issues; Working in a GMP environment and ensuring compliance with computer system validation and regulatory compliance according to Sarbanes Oxley, enhancing business processes, reducing risks, increasing controls, and promoting user acceptance; Adherence to their defined SOX processes, guiding auditors through their systems/controls; Assistance with budgeting for the business applications group.
Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or an acceptable combination of education and experience; Minimum of 3+ years of direct professional experience as a Business/System Analyst in an ERP environment, experience with NAV or Business Central would be advantageous, Sage X3 is also acceptable; Proven skills with Microsoft Office365 applications, especially advanced functions in Excel; Effective time management, task prioritization, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines; Ability to work independently or as part of a team; Demonstrated self-starter and high motivation to make proactive changes; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical abilities; Fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken.
