TAREFAS/FUNÇÕES.
- Analisar, alinhar e verificar necessidades e soluções de negócios; - Garantir que os requisitos dos clientes são compreensíveis para a equipa de programadores; - Elaborar e operacionalizar critérios de aceitação de testes; - Documentar e validar requisitos de forma eficiente; - Apoiar a gestão de mudanças e implementar soluções; - Identificar e preparar planos de ação que poderão impactar o negócio.
REQUISITOS.
- Licenciatura/Mestrado em Engenharia Informática, Tecnologias de Informação, Gestão ou Economia (obrigatório); - Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência como Business Analyst; - Experiência em projetos de desenvolvimento de formulários electrónicos com HTML, CSS e JavaScript; - Experiência em projetos no sector público.
análise de legislação, reengenharia de processos; - Experiência com metodologias ágeis; - Formação/experiência em BPMN 2 – Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN); - Idiomas.
Português fluente/nativo.
