For this role, we are hiring in Portugal, Latvia, Romania and Armenia.
We want you to.
Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and document requirements Use visual methods such as story mapping, use case modelling, domain modelling Have strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to challenge and manage a wide range of stakeholders Conduct backlog prioritization calls Manage backlog in a work tracking tool (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) Take advantage of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, etc.) in your analysis and advice; knowing low-code platforms in general would be a plus.
Conduct workshops and user training sessions Present/explain/discuss requirements with the team (developer/QA team) Describe requirements in User Story format Prepare and conduct a showcase Strong skills working on database projects and knowledge of Git Develop product documentation (use cases, user stories etc.) Support the development team by explaining the details of the requirements Work closely with the development team to explore options and attain outcomes This job might be for you if you have.
At least 3 years of experience in system /business analysis Experience and comfortable working in a client-facing role, collaborating with other team members (including BA’s, Architects and Product Owners) Curiosity, strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and experience of working as a Systems Analyst with a product and/or software development lifecycle Experience working within requirements and system documentation Experience in working with Agile Strong written and verbal communication Excellent technical skills and enthusiasm to continue to develop them Knowledge of SQL is an advantage Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, teamwork skills Problem-solving skills Knowledge of statistics would be an advantage Previous experience in the role of Product owner will be considered as advantage What we offer.
