Sourcing Admin Services - Intern For our Business Shared Center in Lisbon we are looking for 3 internsh who will support the Sourcing Admin Service.
The team is composed by 35 people and provide support for all our (COMPANY NAME) Offices in Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to be able to work alongside professionals who work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

What You Will Do * You will support in the E-mails & Ticket Distribution, making time trough dunning and reminders * You will support the Vendor Master Data's Ticket request on our Global Service Portal * You will take care of all MDG Approvals * After an appropriate induction, you will support different countries in the the entire invoice handlings Who You Are * You are a student/new graduates in Economy/Account or Management * You can communicate efficiently in English (fluency in an additional language will be considered a plus) * You have a natural customer oriented attitude and you love solve problems * You manage well excel and Microsoft Office package What We Can Offer You At (COMPANY NAME), we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.
