The crux of the project is to develop an algorithm/feature that matches these preferences with data pre-saved in the background in order to show users which team (from those pre-saved in background) matches them the best, based on these interests.
Specifications.
- User interest and relevance will be the main parameters for the matching algorithm.
- There will be specific topics/categories users can express interest in - More will be further elaborated during a Zoom call.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Strong experience in website development particularly in building user interest matching features - Knowledge in data collection and analysis based on user input - An understanding of how to incorporate user preference rating scores into the system - Experience in processing and matching user data in the background.
- Ability to work with specific pre-defined topics within an interactive user interface.
