Your future duties and responsibilities.
You will help people and be a positive influence.
You will bring a human touch to the relationship between customers and the company and you will be their trusted advisor.
During a typical day, you will accomplish the following tasks.
- Carry out the integration and training of payroll service clients when adding the General Ledger (GL) module - Ensure that customer needs are met within deadlines in accordance with the ISO process - Occasionally carry out the integration of new payroll service clients - Carry out tests to ensure quality and follow the current ISO process - Analyze and confirm needs to customer satisfaction.
- Carry out the necessary follow-ups Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
- Diploma of college studies (DEC) in administration, accounting or a related field or any other combination of studies and relevant experience - A minimum of four (4) years of experience in accounting - Developed sense of customer service, spirit of analysis, synthesis and planning - Ability to work with Microsoft MD Office office tools - “Understanding the principles of online payroll” training from Collège Ahuntsic or accreditation from the National Payroll Institute (INP) (an asset) - Have knowledge of accounting for the general ledger interface (an asset) - Excellent command of French and English, both verbal and written (mandatory) #LI-TT1 #INDCGIC Skills.
