Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Lisbon office.
Insurance Claims Handler Trainee What can you expect? * Join a dynamic team that supports the risk business; Handle and evaluate claims related to one of our international accounts, providing a quality servicing as a Marsh representative; * Deliver a high quality service to our clients and policyholders; * Support a diverse client portfolio.

* Flexible work environment; * For the initial 6 months it's required to work from the office.
After that, you can opt for the hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home 2 days per week; * 9 months paid internship.
We will count on you to.
* Work directly with one of Marsh's international account; * Evaluate claims related to consumer credit; * Follow up processes in order to cover, decline or ask for more documentation in order to re-evaluate; * Respond to standard customer inquiries regarding the products and services the Company offers; * Answer, document and monitor call center calls, emails and transactions; * Track client and product order information and logs client data in spreadsheets to assist with monitoring call center activity.
What you need to have.
* Degree in relevant field such as Law, Engineering, Management, etc.; * Have a detail oriented and organized profile; * Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2); * Good knowledge of Microsoft tools.
